By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or any services provided by Moneo (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

To use Moneo, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

Moneo may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of these Terms.

• Use the Services to commit fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities

4. Transactions

By initiating or receiving a payment through Moneo, you authorize us to process transactions on your behalf using our banking and technology partners. Moneo is not a bank or a licensed money transmitter but partners with licensed entities to provide payment services.

We reserve the right to delay, reverse, or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious or violates our policies.

5. Fees

Moneo may charge fees for certain transactions or premium features. All applicable fees will be disclosed in the app prior to confirmation. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.

6. Compliance & Verification

As part of our compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, you may be required to provide identification and other personal data. Failure to provide this information may result in restricted access to the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials associated with Moneo are the property of Moneo LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Moneo provides the Services "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or accuracy of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Texas for resolution of any disputes, unless otherwise provided below.

Binding Arbitration:
By using the Services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and held in Texas, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

You and Moneo agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
